our shipping and packaging costs within the Netherlands:

* orders up to €40 - €6 (if it fits in a letterbox, €2)

* more than €40 - free home delivery.

 

for shipments to Belgium and Germany:

* orders up to €60 - €8.50 (if it fits in a letterbox, €2)

* more than €60 - free home delivery.

returns //

in case you are not 100% satisfied with your delivered products, please get in touch! we are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

you can return or exchange (part of) your order within 14 calendar days.

the articles must meet the following conditions:

* unused.

* in the original packaging.

* complete.

send an email to coffeenomadamsterdam@gmail.com stating the return order number to register your return. after you have received a confirmation from us by e-mail, you must return your order within 14 calendar days at your own expense to the address below. please include the original proof of purchase with the shipment so that we know which order it concerns.
